Terms of Service

Welcome to NOXSTARS (noxstars.com), operated by Nox Stars Mattress. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product was priced incorrectly, we will contact you before processing the order.
Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.

2. Orders & Payment

Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, and installment providers as shown at checkout.
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.

3. Delivery & Assembly

Delivery timelines and areas are described in our Shipping Policy.
Please inspect your product on delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery team immediately.

4. 100-Night Trial & Returns

Mattress returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and the 100-Night Trial conditions published on our website.

5. Warranty

NOXSTARS mattresses carry a 10-year limited warranty (12 years on the Signature model) covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper support bases, or hygiene-related damage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the NOXSTARS name, logo, product designs and images — is the property of Nox Stars Mattress and may not be used without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
