At NOXSTARS, every mattress comes with our 100-Night Trial — because a mattress can only be judged in your own bedroom.

Mattresses — 100-Night Trial

Your trial starts on the day of delivery and lasts 100 nights.
If you don’t love your mattress, contact us by phone or WhatsApp within the trial period.
We collect the mattress from your home free of charge, anywhere within our delivery area.
You receive a 100% refund — by your original payment method, or in cash for Cash-on-Delivery orders — within 14 days of collection.
The trial applies to one mattress per household per 12 months.
The mattress must be undamaged and hygienic (use it with a bed sheet as you normally would). Stains, burns, tears or odours indicating misuse void the trial.
Returned mattresses are never resold as new — they are donated to Egyptian charities or recycled.

Pillows & Accessories

Returnable within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and in original packaging.
Refund issued within 14 days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. Repair, replacement or refund is covered by your warranty (10 years on mattresses, 12 years on Signature) at no cost to you.
