Delivery in 48 Hours — With Free Assembly

• Orders within our primary delivery area (Greater Cairo & Giza) are delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Delivery includes free professional placement and assembly in the room of your choice — we don’t leave your mattress at the door.
• Other governorates: delivery within 3–7 business days; our team will confirm the exact date by phone or WhatsApp.
• Delivery is free for all mattress orders. Accessory-only orders may carry a small delivery fee shown at checkout.

On Delivery Day

• Our team calls you before arrival to confirm the time window.
• Please ensure clear access to the room (staircases, elevators, doorways). Tell us in advance about any access restrictions.
• Inspect the product before signing — report any visible damage immediately to the delivery team.

Old Mattress Removal

We can remove your old mattress on request at the time of delivery — ask our team when confirming your order. Removed mattresses are recycled responsibly.
