We believe a mattress can only be judged in your own bedroom, over real nights. So every NOXSTARS mattress comes with a 100-night home trial. If you don't love it, we collect it and refund every pound. No questions asked.
How the trial works
- Your trial starts on delivery day. From the night your mattress arrives, you have 100 nights to decide.
- Give your body time to adjust. A new mattress feels different — most bodies need 2–4 weeks to adapt. We recommend at least 30 nights before deciding.
- Didn't love it? Contact us by phone or WhatsApp within your 100 nights. That's all it takes.
- Free collection. We schedule a pickup from your home at no cost — anywhere in our delivery area.
- Full refund. 100% of what you paid, returned by your original payment method (or cash for COD orders) within 14 days of collection.
The fair-use conditions
- The trial applies to one mattress per household per 12 months.
- The mattress must be undamaged and hygienic: use it with a bed sheet as you normally would. Stains, burns, tears or odours that indicate misuse void the trial.
- Keep the mattress on a proper base or bed frame during the trial.
- The trial covers mattresses only. Pillows and accessories can be returned unused within 14 days.
- Returned mattresses are never resold as new. They are donated to Egyptian charities or recycled.
